In spiritual direction, I stay present while orienting beyond my ego. Like the full moon—reflecting the sun’s light—I aim to reflect the Sacred rather than be its source.
While sessions may ebb and flow over time, spiritual direction occurs, on average, for one hour every month. We can adjust the frequencies based on your needs. Sessions may be by phone, on Zoom, or in person in Silver Spring, Md.
People remain in spiritual direction for as long as they feel called to it.
I charge $125 for an hour-long session of spiritual direction.
